I loved the room with comfortable bed, the bed was amazing. The breakfast was marvellous and absolutely fantastic and served in the restaurant with a huge variety of food. The staff were very amiable and extremely helpful in the whole hotel.

During my recent stay at Holiday Inn, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and English-speaking hotel staff. They really went above and beyond to make me and my daughter feel welcome. In fact, they even upgraded our room to a bigger one, recognizing our need for more space with a child. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently close to a shopping center and local food street. The room itself was clean and spacious, and the room service lady was incredibly polite and even offered to clean our room outside of the normal cleaning hours. Additionally, the hotel front staff showed exceptional dedication by running out to get me a taxi during heavy rain and peak hour. I'll definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and will stay here again in the future.

The hotel's location is fantastic, with shopping malls and eateries nearby. The breakfast buffet was really nice and had a good variety of options. The staff was helpful and the hotel facilities, including the pool, were superb. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the best beds and bathrooms I've had during my travels in China.

Fairly clean hotel with perfect location in Kunming not far from the center of Kunming, and the centre of town. Newly decorated property, beautifully maintained, modern rooms with a large bed, a GOOD bathroom and fabulous views. Very amiable staff at reception desk, day and night.

I recommend this place. Its location to the nearest Dong Feng Plaza subway station is particularly good. The hotel offers new-fashioned and newly renovated rooms with a large bed, fabulous views plus a good bathroom, I am very pleased about that. The staff ensures you have a very nice time, they are excellent.

The hotel's location in the city center is perfect, allowing easy access to all the attractions. The staff was friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good bathroom and a beautiful view.

We were so impressed with the attentive and helpful staff at Holiday Inn Kunming City Centre. When we needed a taxi to a distant village that most drivers didn't want to go to, the front staff and concierge went above and beyond to arrange a Didi car for us. They truly made our stay stress-free. The Thai restaurant in the hotel was also a standout, with great service and delicious food. We enjoyed three meals there during our stay, and the 20% discount for hotel guests was a nice bonus. Plus, the location of the hotel was excellent, with a shopping mall, eateries, and a metro station nearby.
